Return and Refund Policy

1. General Return Guidelines
- We accept returns for most items within30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurnace, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the conditions outlined above.
- If your return is approved we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
- If your return is not approved (for example, the item is used, damaged, or outside the return window), we will contact you with further instruction.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
- We will provide a pre-paid return label and either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
7. Exchanges
- At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
